Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance can range from auditing your paperwork, to completing mock Ofsted inspections to prepare your staff. Normally Quality Assurance would last at least a day, and the consultant assigned to you will produce a report with recommendations. The rate for this service is £400 per day spent in the home, plus mileage.
Regulation 44 Visitor/ Independent Monitoring for CQC provisions
We can offer a permanent Regulation 44 Visitor or adhoc visits for when your usual Visitor is on holiday, or if you just want someone with a fresh pair of eyes to visit.
Our Regulation 44 Visitors have all had training via Dialogue and are supervised by myself or another senior consultant. The rate per visit for this service is £350 per visit plus mileage and includes your written report and letters to the young people each month..
Training
Training is usually completed by myself however, I am branching out to other skilled trainers for some new courses.

Attention Autism
The rate for training is £650 a day and includes original training material and handouts for staff to takeaway.
Investigations
When a young person makes an allegation or someone makes a complaint about your service, sometimes it is not appropriate to investigate this internally. We offer a service which creates an in depth report and constructive recommendations should there be a negative outcome.
The rate for this is variable as it depends on how long it will take, but the rate per day is £400. The rate per day includes the report at the end.
One to One mentoring
If you need advice and mentoring on how to grow your business, open a new children's home, develop your business plan, we offer a mentoring service to support you.
This would include weekly meetings and the rate would be £250 for half a day (4 hours). Through this process, we would advise you on training programs, recruitment agencies and avenues, and support you will all necessary forms you would need to complete for Registration of a new home.
Supervision
We offer Supervision to Registered Managers, Responsible Individuals and Regulation 44 Visitors.
All supervisions are therapeutic and promote development in the role but also within the sector.
The rate for this service is £150 for 1.5 hours per month. Minutes will be available to the Supervisee and relevant CPD will be given if wanted by the Supervisee.
Copywriting
We understand at KW Consultants that your job working on the front line with challenging behaviours is not only tough but demanding. We offer a service so you don't have to worry about the small stuff. What we can do:

the rate for this service is £275 per day or £35 per hour.
Critical Reflection
This is imperative to therapeutic practice and really supports the development of the team with regards to behaviour management and risk assessing. This would usually be scheduled monthly and last for around 2 hours. The rate for this service is £250 which includes travel, minutes/ reports and the 2 hour session.
